keep popup  in panel control said unsuccesful application installtion and try to resolve since over two week

Users report that new update fails. Ignore or disable, Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), go to Startup tab, find "HP Display Control" or "HPDC_Service", disable it, then restart. This stops popups without losing functionality. You can check it again after sometime when newer version available.

Otherwise, you can see if installing the previous software version resolves the problem:
