Looks like that model series comes with a Mediatek MT7921 Wi-Fi 6 adapter.
If you are getting that message while you are trying to install W11, you have to extract the Wi-Fi driver exe file into its folder so you can browse to the location of the driver.
Here's the link to the latest driver HP currently has for the Wi-Fi adapter:
MediaTek Wireless LAN Driver
Version 3.0.1.1331
Using another PC, install the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below to extract the exe file into its driver folder.
After you install 7-Zip, right click on the Wi-Fi driver file you downloaded.
Select 7-Zip from the list of items on the menu.
Have 7-Zip Extract to: and let it extract the file into its folder name.
After that is done, copy the folder to a USB flash drive.
Plug the flash drive into your notebook and when you are at the window where it is asking for a driver, browse to sp161835>src>Drivers>7921>mtkwl6ex.inf and the driver should install.
