installing windows 11

I tried to install Windows 11 from USB, initially it did not find my drivers (TPM is enabled)
after searching on the hp page, I found that I need to install the Intel RST driver (RAID), I downloaded it to the desktop and then let it be extracted to the usb that contains windows 11.
The problem is that after that the error in the picture appeared.
On other laptops there was the option to disable VMD, but on HP there is no such option in the BIOS.
Can you help me with the steps to take from 0 to be able to install windows 11? (starting from usb with windows 11, withound IRST on it)
