I downloaded a bios update from HP. The program, InsydeFlash, keeps giving me an error saying "no match file in multi-fd". Is there any diagnosis for this error?

Hi @Thecoolman5 ,

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have looked into your issue about your HP Notebook and issues with a BIOS update. You should reset the BIOS with this document selecting the reloading the BIOS default settings.

I would be happy to assist if needed. How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
Please let me know.

Thanks.
