Hello there, i would like your help!
completely new laptop failed twice installing the intel serial driver, then installed it and now i have to do an update again.
Does anyone know how to download the correct driver through browser and then installing it?
the  SoftPaq number is sp111665, if thats any help!

I am having the same problem on a new HP Laptop, as well.  The SP111665 fails to install properly.  I am also having a problem with the Laptop not awakening from sleep mode.  I have to do a Hard Reset and wait for the system to reboot.  Thinking these 2 problems could be related!    

 

Anyone else experiencing this?
