Hi,
You have Intel® Core™ i5-8250U (1.6 GHz base frequency, up to 3.4 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 6 MB cache, 4 cores)
Intel Turbo Boost is enabled and is automatic, it is a dynamic process and will boost the speed when needed. If you open an app where you can see the speed of the CPU such as Task Manager you can see the CPU continuously changing speed as needed. Open a couple of apps.
Hope it helps,
David
