Product: probook 450 g4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my laptop 450 probook g4, the intel wireless bluetooth not working properly.  Windows cannot load drivers code 31.

 

Where can I find the usb drive update and how to upload to my laptop please?

HP Recommended

First uninstall problematic bluetooth device that showing error from device manager (check the box to remove driver if appears). Then download and install latest driver version directly from Intel site. Use this link for download and details. I suggest downloading Intel generic Bluetooth driver directly:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000089652.html

 

If you use intel app for update, then make sure not to update Intel GPU driver as it likely be not compatible.
