itune has detect incompatible bluetooth software on my pc  is there any solution to resolve this problem

HP G42 is an old machine, Bluetooth drivers for it probably around around 2010/2011 from its support page, long time ago. You may want to try the following software for version 4

 

     https://www.driverscape.com/download/ralink-motorola-bc4-bluetooth-3.0%2Bhs-adapter

 

Hope this helps.

i instaled the program but its says  bluetooth hardware must be switch on to run this setup.

it is enable in device manager is there any other way to on or off if yes guide me please

or i need to uninstale the driver n reinstled the driver that you have suggest me

 iam just facing on n off problem
