HP Apphelper keep sends ICMP request to Taiwan

During my Network class I look into my laptop's packets. BUT I could see a lot of ICMP request keep sends from anonymous process

So I tried to look for process, which sends this ICMP. And finally I found HP AppHelper keep sending ICMP request to Taiwan

ASUS's board has similar issue like this problem. Does anyone knows about this issue?

I bought this from HP website in KR. So there isn't any backdoor implementation route.

That activity removed after I disabled "HP App Helper HSA Service" from Windows service. Hope this is not a CN backdoor
