Hi @MaarifComputer,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It seems like the issue you're facing could be related to a driver update causing problems with the keyboard and touchpad on your HP Pavilion x360. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue.

Rollback the Driver:

  • Go to "Device Manager" on your computer. You can do this by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting "Device Manager."
  • Locate the "PCI Serial Port" under "Ports (COM & LPT)" in the Device Manager.
  • Right-click on "PCI Serial Port" and choose "Properties."
  • Go to the "Driver" tab and click on "Roll Back Driver" if the option is available. This will revert to the previous driver.

Update the Driver:

  • If rolling back the driver doesn't resolve the issue, try updating the driver to the latest version.
  • Visit the official HP support website or use the HP Support Assistant to download and install the latest drivers for your laptop.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for any available updates.

Uninstall and Reinstall the Driver:

  • In Device Manager, right-click on the problematic driver and choose "Uninstall device."
  • After uninstalling, restart your computer.
  • Windows should automatically reinstall the driver. If not, you can manually install the driver from the official HP website.

System Restore:

  • If the issue started after a recent driver update, you can use System Restore to revert your system to a previous state.
  • Type "Create a restore point" in the Windows search bar and open the corresponding result.
  • In the System Properties window, click on the "System Restore" button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Always ensure that you have a backup of important data before making significant changes to your system.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
