Welcome to HP forums, I see that the keyboard is not working after Windows update.

 

Looks like the failure ID is incorrect.

 

Run a test again on the keyboard.

Refer this HP document and run the component test on the keyboard:- Click here

 

If that shows an error,  please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
