Greetings @anzar277,
Welcome to HP Forums and thanks for the post.
I see you are facing issues with your computer's volume keys not responding and touchpad sensitivity. I will be glad to help.
Firstly, based on the specifications of your computer. The computer came with FreeDOS. Request you to install and run HP Support Assistant to make sure all the drivers are updated.
For the touchpad not responding correctly request you to refer Adjusting TouchPad or ClickPad pointing sensitivities in this article.
Refer to this older HP forums post for assistance in resolving the issue with the Volume keys not responding. (It is related to the driver)
Alternately boot the computer to BIOS by tapping F10 on startup. Some models have the option to enable or disable the hotkeys (fn) in BIOS.

Thank u the keys worked. I'm slight disappointed of the screen clarity it's not crisp like other full HD screen its like half HD. And touchpad sensitivity is not very smooth overall laptop is good.

Thanks for the reply and performing the suggested steps. For the touch sensitivity, recommend you to do a calibration of the touch screen, click here for the procedure. (Follow the steps under Touch screen responds inaccurately)
For display clarity, recommend you to check the display resolution in Settings available in the Windows menu.
Based on the specifications of your computer, I see that your computer came with AMD Radeon™ R5 M430 Graphics, recommend you to download the driver directly from AMD website and check if it enhances the display resolution.
Keep me posted.
