Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with 3 keys : "o", "L" and "."
Whenever I am playing video on chrome, and if I press any of the above mentioned 3 keys video pauses.

If I press any of these keys on a separate tab while writing something video playing on other tab pauses.

Also if I single click on a video file on my system and press any of 3  keys mentioned video starts playing. I cannot rename a video file using these 3 keys without starting a video in between.
Kindly help.
