Hi @Ananthsdl, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Could you describe the keyboard issue in more detail? Are specific keys not working, is there a delay, or are there unintended inputs? Here are some general troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart Your Laptop – A simple restart can fix minor glitches.
  2. Check for Dust/Debris – Clean the keyboard using compressed air or a soft brush.
  3. Update Keyboard Drivers
    • Open Device Manager (Win + X → Select Device Manager).
    • Expand Keyboards → Right-click on the keyboard driver → Select Update driver.
  4. Uninstall & Reinstall the Driver
    • In Device Manager, right-click the keyboard driver → Uninstall device → Restart the laptop. Windows will reinstall the driver automatically.
  5. Check for Windows Updates
    • Go to SettingsUpdate & SecurityWindows Update → Check for updates.
  6. Check for Physical Damage – If certain keys are stuck, they may need professional cleaning or replacement.
  7. External Keyboard Test – Connect a USB keyboard. If it works fine, the laptop's keyboard may have a hardware issue.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
