Product: OMEN 17.3 inch Gaming Laptop PC 17-ck2000 (70X01AV)

Hello. The hp site is a mess, i am trying for hours to send an e-mail and ask for information, but that is nowhere to be found. I used the chat function, but I was redirected to another country and the chat ended -_-

 

I have problems with a brand new HP Omen 17, so far it seems that I will need to get my money back, as I cannot receive any support.

Another problem is that due to a bug from the hp website, I cannot add my phone number anymore to the account. "Too many changes".. Any one has ideas on what can I do? Thank you!
