Product: HP Pro book

Did a disk part and didn't repartition after and now it boots into system diagnostics BIOS. I can't access regular BIOS and tried plugging in flash drive with WIN 11 ISO on it, but it won't let me boot from it.

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop that is not booting into windows.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to perform a recovery and let me know if that resolves the issue. (Take a backup of the data before performing a recovery)
