my laptop wont connect any display to yhe dedicated gpu.. it keep using the i-gpu meaning i cant use nvidia features at all without disabling the igpu

Sorry, I misunderstood your comments as I thought you were trying to connect an external monitor -- the word "connect" is confusing the issue.
You will need to check the HP product page for your model laptop to get the right drivers. Do not go to AMD for the drivers, because they don't work with Switchable Graphics laptops.
