HI...
my HP Laptop 15-bs0xx product number 2EY79PA#ACJ has an issue when charging. The charging led of the device turns White and orange in time of charging continuously and gets disconnected from the charge. I have updated the BIOS to the latest F.52 and tried uninstalling battery drivers and hard reset but it's all not getting worked at all... I have also tried changing adapters and charging codes, no bend in charging cable or pin. Battering is not draining after charge. The problem persists also when I tried to charge it in shutdown mode also.
I didn't make any software or hardware change and also did inbuilt troubleshooting and HP PC hardware diagnostics. It all gets passed and didn't show any trouble.
Please suggest me how to get rid of this problem and am feeling very sad because it's only getting 2 years old for this device I didn't do any high-end operations and caring the device a lot. please help

@Arun46 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that the laptop will be charged and get discharged immediately.
I have a few steps listed below that should help you resolve this concern:
Unplug the charger and use the laptop until the battery drains to 15%.
Turn off the laptop and turn it back on after 30mins.
Reinstalled Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery under device manager:
1) In the search box, type, and open “Device Manager”.
2) Expand “Batteries”.
3) Right-click the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" that is listed there.
4) Click on “Uninstall”.
5) At the prompt put a check in the box to remove the current driver
6) Shutdown the computer.
7) Remove the battery for a minute and then put it back in.
😎 When the computer comes back up it should automatically find the driver.
9) Go to Device Manager.
10) Expand Batteries.
11) Right-click the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" that is listed there.
12) Click "Search automatically for updated driver software"
Do the same thing with Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Embedded Controller.
Restart the computer and the issue should be fixed.
