HP Laptop 17-bs0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop used to warn me when the battery was almost empty, giving me two or three minutes to plug in the AC before shut down, but now just shut down without warning. Some times I look at the battery icon and say 30%, then suddenly just two minutes later it shuts down without any warning.  I've lost a lot of information because of that, is really annoying. Please help

Hi:

The most common reason that happens is because the battery is beginning to go bad on you.

I recommend you follow the guidance at the link below to see if you can fix the issue or if your notebook's battery needs to be replaced.

What can I do now?

Unfortunately, I have no idea what those reports mean.

I thought it would give you a simple good/no good report.

Do you think it worth calibrating the battery?
