Product: OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-k0000 (594J7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

1 day before i bought OMEN by HP 16.1 but it has lighting studio problem.  its not working. its says its not compatible

When opening your machine the first time, can you see 4-zone keyboard?

 

   

 

If not your machine does is not compatible with Lighting Studio

then what should i do. is it technical fault or the basicaly system not supported

The system does not support. The specs of my machine clearly says

 

              Full-size 4-zone lighting backlit keyboard with numeric keypad and NKRO

 

and it supports Lighting Studio
