HP Recommended

I work with drawings / photographs / screenshot's sent to my computer then brought to the screen from my files, or photos or drawings sent to me.  Sometimes I will be working with what I receive and need to make notes or add something to the photograph or diagram with an active stylist pen.

I am using a new HP Envy X360 2-in-one Laptop, with touchscreen, running Windows Pro. operating system.

What additional Apps or Software do I need and ware on the internet can I find the necessary Apps or Software to do this?
