Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0045au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi 

I bought the laptop in aug 2022. It was originally installed with windows 10. Upgraded to 11. I am unable to activate the office 2019 that came preinstalled with it

 

Any pointers would be helpful
