Hi,
everytime I plug my notebook power in my mousepad will begin to lag terrible and be so bad that it is hardly useable. The problem started 2 days ago. I did try to update the drivers, but they are up to date and haven't changed at all.
The problem started 2 days ago after HP Support assistant downloaded a new AMD driver that allows some sort of gpu switching depending on if the notebook is plugged in. I don't have the original text anymore since I de- and reinstalled a lot of programs, but the text for the driver said something that this is only for systems that have 2 gpus, which would make sense as well. However my notebook does not have two gpus and another amd update from HP Support assistant that I think might have been quite similar already failed to install multiple times before but this new one. This time the new one did install, but eversince then my mousepad doesn't work or is at least super laggy when my notebook is plugged in.
If someone could tell me how to deinstall that driver (was not an option in the device manager) or suggest what else could be the problem I would be very thankful.
The driver version was 27.20.21020.9000
