hello, for some technical issue i had to reinstall my window 10. Now when i try to use my ms office it requires the account details that i don't remember. my ms office is preinstalled in my computer. how should i get the accounts details back ?

This would be an issue with Microsoft?

 

Original Purchase/receipt details etc, then contact Microsoft.
