Hello hp community

I have a very strange problem?!!!

About a month ago, until now, I have a problem with the laptop screen, which is the presence of multiple and quick clicks that cause paralysis on the device screen and the mouse pointer on the right side of the screen

Despite the latest updates and the most powerful antivirus program.
