Hi:

 

You can use the W10 drivers and software from the base model HP Stream 11-ak0000' support page.

 

HP Stream 11-ak0000 Laptop PC Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

 

There are no additional drivers needed for any notebook keyboard that I know of.  They are installed by Windows.
