hp pavilion gaming laptop 15-ec0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I use an hp pavilion gaming laptop 15-ec0xxx to play video games, it has been a while since while I am playing the message "execute block" appears and it turns off immediately. What should I do? If I can't fix it I think I'll send it under warranty

@AleBera

Welcome to the HP support community.

Could you share the picture of the error for a better understanding?

Meanwhile:-

Create a new user account and check if the issue persists:-

In Windows, search for and open Manage your account. You can also click Start , select Settings , and then select Accounts. On the Accounts window, select Family & other users, and then click Add someone else to this PC.

Refer this document for more assistance:- Click here

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
