hi,

 

im having trouble wiyth my microsoft app store. i updated it and waited til it retsart. After doing all that it takes more than 10 minutes to load and i could never get in the app store. can you help me. i bought this laptop in 2013 and havent updated it in a while. i just started using it yesterday again. how can i work my apps witout it taking long to load and to open.

What I could offer as help would be that , promptly follow these tutorial:

Try Windows App troubleshooter first, then second tutorial. Then Restart system.
