Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my capslock key keeps blinking 3 times, and then stopping, the power coord is fine, i believe so anyways, and it wont turn on when the caps is blinking, the main screen is broken, and i have it hooked up to a monitor, and i dont know what to do, the harddrive and fans arent turning on, the model # is Model 14-df0018wm
