HP Laptop 14s-cf0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

opening task manager shows 100% disk usage and screen keeps turning black and refreshing while "Windows Problem Reporting" repeatedly shows up in my task manager. Is there any way to fix or are there things i need to do to prevent it from happening again?

This usually happens just after I start up, the disk usage suddenly goes to 6% and then to 100% repeatedly.
