What is your machine ? Not all machines (even business class machines) have Fingerprint sensor. They may have a dummy window but NO sensor underneath.

As mentioned on page 14, item (4) which says Fingerprint reader (select products only). Therefore your machine may NOT have this option. If you wish, you can buy part # which is mentioned on page 21 item (9) and install to your machine.
