I had to reinstall windows 11 hp dashboard app is missing and hp assistance app is missing now to reinstall the apps

I can't find a link to download the HP dashboard.

 

Isn't that part of the HPSA?

 

It looks pretty much the same as the info I have on my HP support assistant.
