my hp doesnt support my pen

my computer doesnt suppport my hp pen
the pen working on other device but not this computer..Touchscreen works with finger type 
I updates all the bios,firework and etc softwares,from device manager i tried to manage .İ updates pen control and all.İ bought my laptop and pen as a set so its compatible 

İ dont whats the issue tried everything what is written on hp support community and solving issues ,talked to digital manager but still the same .Plss help

Hello, what is your pen model?? In effet all computers are not compatible with all active pens..
