my hp laptop has been randomly freezing

a few days ago, my hp laptop was dropped on the ground and exposed some of the screen components it worked fine until a day later. I deiced to free space on my laptop by deleting some temp files. a few minutes later my laptop flashed a black screen 2 times and started randomly freezing up.
