my laptop will not charge when turned on. Help fix the issue!!!

I have had this laptop for less than a year and it will not charge when turned on. I went to great lengths and paid quite a lot for the issue to be fixed. It will only charge when turned off. When turned on the light flashes white but the battery on the screen says not charging. I’ve done everything I can and at this point I’m willing to go a step further as I can see this is a recurring issue!!!!

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

• What is the exact model for your computer?
• What is the operating system you are using?

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

If you continue facing the issue, I recommend you check with an alternate AC adapter (Charger) and test.
