This is normal behavior.
Software included on new computer is a Trial version of the McAfee software.
If you want to continue with McAfee Security, you will have to purchase it.
If you do not want to purchase the software, it can be uninstalled.

Reference McAfee Security website.
If you do uninstall McAfee, you will still have Windows Defender software - provided by Microsoft and already installed on your computer. You need only activate Windows Defender (switch on the software) to use it.
