Hi @ERKEX,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I am sorry to hear that the OMEN Gaming Hub button on your HP device isn't working even after rebooting the laptop, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue

Update OMEN Gaming Hub:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the OMEN Gaming Hub installed. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements.
  • Open the Microsoft Store, search for the OMEN Gaming Hub app, and check for any available updates.

Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub:

  • Go to "Settings" > "Apps" on your laptop.
  • Locate the OMEN Gaming Hub in the list of installed apps and uninstall it.
  • Re-download and install the app from the Microsoft Store.

Check HP System Drivers:

  • Use the HP Support Assistant to check for any updates or missing drivers related to your system hardware, as these might affect the functionality of dedicated buttons.

Verify OMEN Button Configuration:

  • Ensure that the button is properly configured within the OMEN Gaming Hub settings. Open the app and check under the settings or keyboard configuration to ensure the OMEN button is assigned correctly.

Run System Diagnostics:

  • Use the built-in system diagnostics tools on your HP device to run a health check. Press "F2" during boot-up to access the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI, and perform tests on the system to identify any underlying hardware issues.

Check for Windows Updates:

  • Make sure your Windows system is up-to-date, as some updates might include necessary patches that affect app functionalities.

Reset the System to Default:

  • If recent changes might be causing the issue, you may consider resetting the system settings to default or restoring the system to a previous state before the issue occurred.

Take care and have an amazing day!
