@yousefhaleem,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

is it win 10, have you tried logging in as admin

HP Recommended

YES, I'm the admin

note: This laptop is from my school, my school gave it to me so could that be related?

HP Recommended

THX everyone for the help I appreciate it.

if its come from your school, no doubt it has network settings, and return to basic funtions upon logging off, save what you need, if you have issues with program saving let me know, maybe able to help with free or similar, then completely start again, destroy all drives on the disk, format is part of install for win 10, so just delete all partionions on install and you'll be brand new
