Yes.

That is the problem. 

It shows up looking totally normal, but no matter what you do or try, it will not take the driver.

That is the sign the GPU is damaged.

started by the old one sp52788, installed driver for 6470 m when mine is 7450m

driver error :

This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system.

will remove and install next one

sadly none of them worked, 2 of them installed the 6470m driver, the third one 7450 but with the notworking status, i used ati removal tool between installs, thanks a lot for your help, you are a kind man

i remmeber having the same error when updating the graphic driver to this new one long ago, at that time i had the old driver in external usb disk, so i installed it back and todo was good, sadly i lost that disk and now cant have that old driver, anyway, thanks a lot kind man
