what windows (c:) and 9 (d:) drive on my notebook

The C: drive is where Windows is located; the 😧 drive is most likely the HP Recovery Drive.  Since we can't see your PC from here, we have to presume those are the case.

 

So see the drive layout, enter "Create and format" in the search area and select the option to create and format the drives.  That will open the Disk Management window and that will list all of your drives and the partitions on them, along with the drive letters.
