I placed a new battery in my laptop HP Notebook 15-da1015nb. However the laptop does not recognize the battery. The supplier provided me with possible solutions as there are : delete the battery out of the devices, upstart without battery, close out of laptop and start up again. No solution. Second help was to download the latest version of bios. I tried to but my laptop mentions that all necessary is dowloaden. What else can I do?

hi

you have at least two options.
a problem with the computer, difficult to identify, if you have already tested what you indicate!
The battery is not compatible, in this case, the dealer should know it, instead of putting you to sleep, he must take it back from you
so check if it's the right model and not a so-called compatible model

On the other hand, when you say not recognized, is it that it does not work at all, no charge, nothing at all, or do you have a warning?
