Hi
Make, Model and OS please.
SKU: if possible by this method
WinKey + R and type msinfo32 Line 9
System SKU: N6K07EA#ABU

Please do not post Serial Numbers.

It is a cloudbook and has very little to NO local storage. If we can ID it, perhaps....

It may be failing at downloading Microsoft updates and online registration.

Hi

So it is this... HP Stream - 11-y000na   HP Stream - 11-y000nahttps://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-stream-11-y000-laptop-pc/12499227/model/14620242

I suggest you make a Recovery Media, if you have not already done so, as this allows you to delete the Recovery Area and have more usable space (probably).

Activation Error.

So are the Time, Date, Region and Language all correct?

So we are lacking some decent info.

Obviously you downloaded and installed an Anti-Virus from a NON-MS source, and that  was fine.

Downloading from ......????????????? is problematic.

Installing something like Ccleaner, to double check on the free space?

Could you make/create a USB from here and try to boot?
