Hello, i just got this laptop, and i want to lower the voltage in the CPU be cause it goes over 90c in cold weather, I don't even want to imagine how hot it will get in the summer, also the light studio has empty list of devices and can't really do anything with it, my laptop is stuck on white-ish color, one of the drivers i downloaded called sp130737, when i try to install it, it will force restart my laptop after one minute from failing to install it.

I reviewed your post and I understand that overclocking is not working on the Omen command center.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Based on the specifications of your computer, I see that the overclocking feature is not supported on the computer. Please refer to the below article for more information.

However, I recommend you uninstall the Omen command center from the computer and then download and install it from the Microsoft store and check if it helps.
