Hi @Vicky6363636,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

On your Victus 15‑fa2000 (A8VX7AV), the Performance mode option in OMEN Gaming Hub is not available; this is by design for your specific Victus configuration.

Why It’s Missing

  • Not all Victus models include Performance mode in the Hub; it’s generally reserved for OMEN flagship laptops.
  • Models with GPUs like RTX 4050 or RX 6500M typically ship with only Quiet, Balanced/Default, and Eco modes.

What You Can Do

1. Keep Software & BIOS Updated

  • Open Microsoft Store → search for OMEN Gaming Hub → click Update if available.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure it’s clean and current.
  • Run as Administrator:
    • Right-click the Hub → PropertiesCompatibility → check Run this program as an administrator.
  • Visit Official HP® Support to update your BIOS and system drivers.

2. Enable Windows Game Mode

  • Go to Settings → Gaming → Game Mode → toggle it ON.

3. Check OMEN Dynamic Power

  • Some Victus models need OMEN Dynamic Power enabled for performance profiles to appear.
  • Open OMEN Gaming Hub → go to Settings → General → enable OMEN Dynamic Power, then restart.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
