(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...). 

Let's try this:

Press the Menu button on the monitor panel to open the OSD window, and then select Image Control, followed by Auto Adjustment from the OSD menu (Monitor and on-screen display (OSD) control buttons are located on the front of the monitor)
