HP Recommended

Hi there. I have some issues that my numeric keyboard that is on the right-sighted keyboard is not working. But it is working when I am enterrinf my login parol on the beginning of working laptop. As well as it is working to when I use it as direction key. But it is not working to write the numbers. Please help with that problem.
