my laptop got hacked and a fake technical support nos keep popping up and prompting me pay before i can have access to my laptop and each time i tried log in,it keeps telling me my computer will be updated in 2 mins and this due to the fact that the dude already has access to my remote access control,so he controls my laptop.

i fell for this thinking he works for microsoft.please help me as i cannot use my system anymore for now

You can reinstall W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

 

You will need to use another PC to create the installation media with.
