Since Windows 10 and office updates, outlook continues to pause, freeze when typing a message.  I have tried to turn off hadware accelaration, make sure all files are updated, BIOS and drivers have need updated. Uninstall and reinstall office, created a new profile made execptions in windows defender for office files.  Any suggestions?

Hello @clttech

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

Great troubleshooting steps you have done. Very extensive. However, you haven't done the most important part - removing the updates which caused this problem.

Here is an interesting article which I suggest you read >> https://www.windowscentral.com/how-uninstall-and-reinstall-updates-windows-10

- Make sure you uninstall all recently delivered updates for Windows and/or Office

- Use the Microsoft tool to hide them for at least 35 days (hopefully, after that they will not be faulty)

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.
