irrelevant which PC It is as I see on here many HP laptop owners with different models having the same problem and no answer provided.   Doesn't work if you switch it off for 15 minutes, the services hub on the pc keeps repeatedly switching the darned thing off when I keep on telling it to run it.     I tried the useless troubleshooter and as usual it returned a dumb answer saying that I should add a dongle as this pc doesn't have BT, but it DOES have BT.   Troubleshooter and Dr help from HP utterly  fail EVERY TIME I have a problem with my HP kit.  HP just want to sell you their kit and then forget about you.

 

HP website utterly useless as usual. My pc came with Windows 8 installed but like most people I updated it to Win10, and yet there's no blessed driver for Win 10. HP website as usual only puts up the one that came with the machine when nearly everyone has updated to Win 10, and some to win 11 where possible.   This is the second time and 2nd fault with a piece of HP hardware that HP has let me down in two weeks.  Utterly useless company.....
