Hi @mjhnica

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the HP Smart app is refreshing and logging you out when you try to change your email, here are a few things to try:

Clear Cache and Cookies: If you're using a web browser, clear the cache and cookies. This can resolve issues related to stored data that might be causing the page to refresh unexpectedly.

Try a Different Browser: Sometimes, switching to a different browser can help. If you’re using Chrome, for example, try Firefox or Edge.

Update the App: Ensure that you’re using the latest version of the HP Smart app. Check for updates in your device's app store.

Reinstall the App: If the problem persists, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the HP Smart app. This can help reset any settings that may be causing the issue.

Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable. A weak connection can cause the app to behave unpredictably.

Use Desktop Version: If you’re on mobile, try accessing the HP Smart service through a desktop browser instead to see if the issue persists there.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
